Sales Process Expert

Job OverviewThe Sales Desk Specialist role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with internal and external sales teams.This position falls within the Sales Operations Organization, providing expert operational knowledge to Global Theater Sales Operations team members.It involves reviewing and rectifying escalated customer satisfaction issues stemming from sales errors.Closely interfaces with Sales Legal Finance Operations and Product Management teams to enhance operational and process efficiencies.Develops and documents business requirements for new product launches, including quoting design testing, and field training.Creates and maintains required documentation and proactively identifies improvement opportunities through sales processes and policies.Monitors and enforces CRM and CPQ data integrity in support of the overall sales process.Provides sales communication and education on current processes and best practices.Answers pre and post-sales questions from partners and internal sales teams.Researches inquiries and assists internal and external customers.Actively supports continuous process improvements relevant to sales activities/functions.Supports the end-of-quarter sales effort by assisting the order desk team and approvals through intern processing.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful as a Sales Desk Specialist, you should possess:Bachelor's Degree.7+ Years of relevant experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Previous hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce.com) and ERP (SAP) is preferred.Exposure to CPQ is preferred.Understanding of the end-to-end sales ops process.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role encompasses:Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance.Developing and maintaining sales processes and procedures.Providing guidance and support to internal sales teams.Why Join Us?This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to its growth and success.
