Job Title: Fundraising & PartnershipsJob Location : Corporate Office, Jubilee Hills, HyderabadDesired Experience : 3 to 8 yearsEntity : Dr. Vijay Kumar Datla FoundationJob Purpose:To secure and grow the resources that power the Foundations mission by building strong, values-driven partnerships with corporates, philanthropists, family offices, and other donors. This role will craft compelling cases for support, steward long-term relationships, and contribute to the Foundations vision of building sustainable, systemic change.Key Accountabilities:Fundraising Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that balances CSR, philanthropic, and endowment growth.Design fundraising campaigns and donor engagement plans that align with the Foundations mission and principles.Build a pipeline of prospective donors across corporates, family offices, HNIs, and global philanthropy networks.Partnership DevelopmentCultivate and steward long-term relationships with corporate CSR teams, philanthropic donors, and institutional funders.Position the Foundation as a trusted partner by communicating impact with depth, dignity, and evidence.Facilitate co-creation of CSR-ready projects and donor-aligned initiatives without compromising on the Foundations principles of quality and systems change.Donor Stewardship & CommunicationWork closely with the Communications and M&E teams to create donor decks, reports, proposals, and impact narratives.Ensure timely and transparent reporting of donor-funded projects.Organize donor visits, events, and engagements that strengthen relationships and showcase impact.Resource Mobilization for SustainabilityContribute to the growth of the Foundation's corpus and endowment by cultivating unrestricted funding commitments.Identify opportunities for innovative financing (ex., blended finance, social impact funds) that align with the Foundation's mission.Values in ActionUphold transparency and stewardship in all fundraising and partnerships.Prioritize dignity in donor communications. Our communities are partners in change, not marketing tools.Ensure alignment between funding opportunities and the Foundation's ethos of quality over scale and systems change.Use fundraising not just to bring resources in, but to build alliances that amplify systemic impact.Desired Experience & Skills:3–8 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or donor relations within development, CSR, or philanthropy sectors.Proven track record of securing significant funding from corporates, HNIs, or philanthropic foundations.Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with diverse funders.Familiarity with CSR law, philanthropic trends, and donor engagement strategies.Entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity, creativity, and a passion for social impact.
