Role OverviewEnnoble Social Innovations is actively seeking a Sr. Fundraising Manager to join our Mumbai-Sakinaka team. He/She has to have excellent leadership skills and networking abilities. Good relationship with donors, excellent communication. Organized and target oriented. driving fundraising initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and managing donor relationships.Key Responsibilities- Designing and implementing a systematic fundraising strategy to raise CSR fund from potential partners.- Identifying and building relationships with long-term and high-potential donors Corporate CSR, Foundations, and Individuals.- Managing database/CRM effectively and planning a continuous engagement with corporates (CSR), Foundation partners and donors.- Building an understanding of donors' landscapes through regular research and acquiring CSR databases.- Planning an effective outreach and engaging with networking channels.- Coordinate with Government bodies, CSR arms of corporates and engage with new prospects in the education sector.- Understand specific CSR requirements and drafting fundraising proposal accordingly.- Connecting with community and business leaders to create awareness about organizations causes, activities, and needs.- Giving Continuous feedback to the product, program and marketing team about learning acquired.Key Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 4 years professional work experience in the fundraising space- Postgraduate with an MBA or equivalent degree in social/development sector preferred- Experience in networking, negotiating, and influencing, at a senior level and with high-profile clients;- Good knowledge of the social development sector (ref:iimjobs.com)
