DFT Specialist Position OverviewOur organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced DFT (Design for Testability) specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design verification group, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the testability of our digital integrated circuits.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test strategies, identify and resolve test-related issues, and provide technical expertise on DFT concepts and tools.Expertise in scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis is required.Experience with scripting languages like perl and shell, RTL and gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors, and knowledge of equivalence check and DFT DRC rules is necessary.A strong background in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is an asset. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in an international team environment, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
