Electronics Engineering Lead:  We are seeking a seasoned Electronics Engineering Lead to oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge electronic products.About the Role:  In this key position, you will lead schematic design, PCB layout (1–12 layers), DFM/DFT, stack-up design and ensure seamless integration with firmware. Your expertise in KiCad/Altium, high-speed design, power electronics, EMI/EMC will drive innovation and efficiency in our product lines.Main Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain leading-edge electronic designs, ensuring compliance with industry standardsTrain and mentor junior engineers in advanced design techniques and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development and component selectionAnalyze and optimize BOMs for cost reduction and vendor negotiationPrepare technical and commercial quotations with accuracy and precisionCoordinate prototype releases with fabrication and assembly teamsReview and debug firmware integration, ensuring smooth operationEngage in client-facing technical discussions and project ownershipRequirements:  7–15 years of experience in PCB Design and Hardware R&DStrong proficiency in KiCad/Altium and related toolsFamiliarity with firmware, embedded systems, and testing proceduresExperience in BOM creation, sourcing, and local vendor negotiationsLeadership mindset and ability to train and build a strong team
