With over 27,000+ associates, it's the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :Successful execution of MDM projects by ensuring migration of Master Data on time and ensuring the overall integrity and effectiveness of MDM processes.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solution designs align with project requirements.Design and Architectural concepts of master data system built on STIBO StepIn depth knowledge of configuration in STIBO StepArticulate the advantages of technical decision to stakeholders of various backgroundCollaborate with Project Managers, MDM Leads regarding scope, tasks, timeline and resource planningLead the STIBO STEP MDM platform readiness for Master Data migrationReview system up requirements and plan the work packages for the teamFollow the defined Roll Out checklist to plan and execute project activitiesEnsure required customization, Interfaces set Up, LoV and mappingsConduct quality reviews of the activities performed by the teamAlign with Master Data business Leads to understand the business process and guide team with the required inputsReview project wise migration status with MDM Leads and take corrective actionsEnsure defined transport procedure is followed by the team.Conduct weekly and monthly meeting with team to document lessons learnt and knowledge databasePrepare and present weekly and Monthly status report for stakeholdersIdentify the redundant and repetitive tasks to automateCollaborate with Master Data Architects on the technical challenges and improvementsUnderstand the impact on Roll Out teams post new system release and technical upgradeOversee team operations and recommend solutions to improve efficiencyHandle complex and complicated ITR's to provide on time solutionValidate the design and implementation of the new features overlapping with Roll Out teamsConduct internal, partner, and customer training to ensure proficiency in MDM solutions and implementationsDesign and plan testing for impact assessment of solution functionality, ensuring robust performance and qualityConduct and participate in Solution Reviews to ensure design and implementation are in line with best practices and client expectationsConduct architectural analysis and evaluation of business processes, ensuring proper design and alignment with business goalsQualificationsEducational qualification:MBA/BE/MCA/Other Bachelor / Master DegreeExperience :8+ years of experience in STIBO STEP – MDM Solutions.Strong knowledge on MDM solutions (CMDM, SMDM, Multi-domain MDM) in STIBO STEPInteract with customers to capture and understand requirement, and architect technical design, solution, and implement as a Lead technical architectProvide direction and resolve issues in complex technical topics in the projectFine tune solution Approach and provide technical assistance to teamGood oral and written communication is a must.Mandatory/requires Skills : STEP Data Modelingo Attributeso Attribute groupso Data Containerso ReferencesWeb UI Configurationso Search Screenso Sub Screenso Pop-upsIntegration Endpointso Outbound integration Endpoints – using SOAP, REST & IDOCo Inbound integration Endpoints - using SOAP, REST & IDOCo Gateway integration Endpoints - using SOAP, REST & IDOCSTEP Global Business rules – Java Script / Rhino Scriptingo Business ruleso Business actionso Business conditionsSTEP Workflow configurationExcellent presentation and communication skills and a very good ability to interact with and command the respect ofcustomersExposure to the processes of manufacturing / automotive sectorPreferred Skills : System Set-upUser Group & Privilege SetupPackaging hierarchies & Change PackagingBulk data updateExport & Import configurationsXSL TransformationsSTEP XML creationsGolden Records – Matching & LinkingVarious STEP implementation techniquesSTEP API & Extension API
