Job Title Stibo STEP MDM Specialist Experience 5 to 9 Years Location Bangalore Hyderabad Mumbai kolkata Gurgaon Noida Chennai Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Stibo STEP MDM Specialist to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Stibo STEP modules Master Data Management MDM STEP Data Modeling Workflows and End-to-End PIM implementations This role requires hands-on experience in configuring and managing the Stibo STEP platform for large-scale enterprise environments Knowledge of PDX is an added advantage Key Responsibilities Design configure and implement Stibo STEP solutions for Product Information Management PIM and Master Data Management MDM initiatives Develop and manage STEP Data Models workflows business rules and integrations Lead or support end-to-end PIM implementation projects using Stibo STEP Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product business data governance and IT to define and implement data management solutions Perform STEP configurations to meet business requirements and ensure data consistency and quality Troubleshoot and resolve STEP-related issues across environments Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP platform and modules Proficient in STEP Data Model design workflow creation and STEP configurations Experience in Master Data Management MDM concepts and practices Proven track record of Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations in enterprise settings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach Good to Have Knowledge of PDX Product Data Exchange and its integration with STEP Experience integrating STEP with other enterprise systems e g ERP eCommerce platforms Understanding of data governance quality and stewardship concepts Familiarity with cloud-based deployments of STEP is a plus Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field 5-9 years of overall experience with significant hands-on expertise in Stibo STEP and MDM Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Skills Stibo MDM Stibo STEP PIM About Company UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the world s best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impact touching billions of lives in the process
