Key responsibilities include:Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technology projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to deployment and post-launch support.Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Manage and oversee project execution for diverse initiatives, including ERP/CRM system integrations, business intelligence and analytics platforms, and bespoke software applications.Required qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technical project management.Demonstrable experience successfully managing large-scale implementation projects for CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Analytics (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) platforms.
