Job Description: Data Analyst

Currie & Brown is looking for data analysts for our office based in Noida, India, the successful candidate will support in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing data and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.
The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with our global regions on the rollout of our internal systems.
Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:
- Assisting with data capture, organization, storage and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation
- Upkeeping construction project cost database, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage and analysis
- Managing large amounts of data in Excel
- Collaborating with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data
- Contributing to the process for collection, capture and utilization of historic data
- Performing other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary
- Coordinating with senior and technical staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years relevant experience
- Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have experience in data analysis and data management.
- Must understand IT technology including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites.
- Experience with Microsoft suite particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred
- SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial
- Attention to details.
- Experience managing and analysing large data sets will be beneficial
- Interest or experience in construction industry or how things go together
- Motivated to work independently and ability to work as part of a team
- Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations
- Excellent English communication skills.
