we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to join our dynamic retail e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing, designing, and optimizing systems and processes. With strong technical expertise and the ability to work closely with development teams, architects, and DevOps, the TBA will ensure that business requirements are translated into functional and scalable technical implementations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze system integrations and data flows between e-commerce applications.
  • Define API specifications, data mappings, and technical workflows.
  • Write SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers to clarify technical constraints and feasibility.
  • Document technical requirements (e.g., FRD, user stories with acceptance criteria).
  • Collaborate with Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) to refine user stories, estimate work, and resolve blockers.
  • Assist in testing (e.g., API testing, database validation).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience in the retail e-commerce domain is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
