What You’ll Do:
- Own Google Ads Strategy: Design and execute high-performance Google Ads strategies targeting small and mid-sized business owners across North America. Your campaigns will align with Simplia’s cutting-edge AI solutions, delivering measurable results that matter.
- Maximize ROI: Optimize every aspect of the campaign, from keyword research and bid management to budget allocation. You’ll drive high-impact campaigns that turn leads into conversions while maximizing ROI.
- Lead Generation Powerhouse: Craft and manage campaigns focused on lead acquisition, using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance data to deliver quality leads for North American clients.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate closely with design and development teams to create and enhance landing pages that convert. Your input will ensure a seamless experience from click to conversion.
- Data-Driven Adjustments: Leverage Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to track performance, interpret data, and provide detailed reports with actionable insights. Your goal? Continual optimization to improve conversion rates and reduce CPL.
- Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with the latest Google Ads trends, SEM best practices, and digital marketing innovations relevant to the North American market.
Who You Are:
- Google Ads Expert: You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a specific focus on lead generation and ROI optimization for North American businesses.
- Results-Driven: You have a proven track record of delivering measurable growth through data-driven decisions and well-executed PPC strategies.
- Technical Whiz: You’re proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools, and you understand the full spectrum of SEM, PPC, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Analytical Powerhouse: Complex data sets? No problem. You excel at interpreting data, drawing insights, and making decisions that improve campaign performance.
- Clear Communicator: Your communication skills are top-notch, and you can present performance metrics and actionable insights to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
