This role involves handling customer interactions over the phone, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionallyAddress customer queries and concerns with empathy and clarityMaintain accurate records of customer interactionsEnsure timely resolution and follow-up on customer issuesAdhere to shift schedules and company policiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (tech support experience not considered)Excellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal and soft skillsWillingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekendsPositive attitude and ability to work in a team environmentPreferred Attributes:Prior experience in a voice-based customer support roleAbility to remain calm under pressureMultilingual skills are a plus
