Understanding of solar mounting systems, photovoltaic panels, and the requirements of solarpower systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in design and structuralrequirements. Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams andpresent technical information clearly. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.Design & Engineering: Assist in designing solar mounting structures for solar panel installations, ensuringstructural integrity, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. CAD Modelling: Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) to create detailed 2D/3D modelsand technical drawings of mounting systems. Structural Analysis: Perform structural analysis and simulations of solar mounting systems to ensuresafety, durability, and stability under various weather conditions (e.g., wind, snow load). Bill of Materials (BOM): Assist in preparing the bill of materials, ensuring accurate specifications, andsupporting procurement and manufacturing. Design Optimization: Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize designs for cost-effectiveness,materials, and manufacturing processes while maintaining performance standards. Prototype Testing & Evaluation: Assist in testing prototypes of mounting structures, monitorperformance, and suggest design improvements based on testing outcomes. Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs meet local and international codes, standards, and regulationsfor solar systems and structural engineering. Project Support: Provide technical support to the project management and installation teams, ensuringsmooth execution of design plans.
