Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled React + React Native Developer to fill this key role. This individual will collaborate with globally distributed teams, develop and enhance style guides, create prototypes, and ensure compliance with engineering and design standards.Collaborate with globally distributed teams across Design, Marketing, Technology, and Architecture.Build, support, and enhance style guides and UI component libraries used by globally distributed product development teams.Develop prototypes/POCs in Figma for rapid ideation, functional/non-functional validation, and user testing feedback.Ensure compliance with Prudential's engineering and design standards, W3C WCAG accessibility guidelines, and advocate for relevant emerging trends.Contribute to resource planning, workflow improvements (automated and manual), and documentation to support the Design System practice.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and maintaining React applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
