Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end HR operations across our global locations. This key role focuses on ensuring compliance, managing employee lifecycles, improving processes, and delivering data-driven HR solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining accurate data management across all HR systems and employee data.Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations, including PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, and labour acts.Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams for audits and payroll compliance, maintaining organizational structure accuracy and updates.Drive onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives to build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.Establish an employee grievance process and sustain it through seamless execution.Prepare monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities, supporting leadership with data insights for strategic decisions.Partner with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to enhance operational efficiency, manage stakeholder communication, and resolve HR queries proactively.Oversee timely filing and audit readiness for all labour laws, ensuring POSH committee establishment and compliance adherence.Qualifications & ExperienceMaster's in HR/Business Administration or related field.10+ years' experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 3-4 years leading a team.Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices.Experience in process automation and HR digital transformation.
