Your role is of key importance, as it lays down the foundation for the entire project.Make sure you have a valid EP number before interview.To create an EP Number, please visit https://ibegin.tcs.com/iBegin/registerKindly complete the registration if you have not done it yet.Position: SAP SuccessFactors - Learning Management Systems (SF-LMS)Experience: 5-14 yearsLocation: Pan IndiaNotice Period: 30 DaysJob DescriptionRequired Information Details1 Role**Functional Consultant2 Required Technical Skill Set**SuccessFactors ConsultantDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management SystemDesigning, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environmentHandling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients' needsExpertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reportingPerforming all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module.At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.Good-to-HaveMultiple certification SAP SuccessFactors moduleConduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.Exposure to validated Learning Management System and other validation toolsSupport the design and development of custom reports for clients using PRD toolResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes2 Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization3 Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.4Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactorsTCS Eligibility Criteria:*BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience postQualification.*Only Full-Time courses would be considered.*Candidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 months need not apply.Referrals are always welcomeKindly don't apply if already attended interview in last 1 months.Thanks & RegardsAmrutha
