Primary ResponsibilitiesJOB DESCRIPTIONPrepare and operate CNC machines Vertical & Horizontal lathe Machine to perform tasks such as Turning, threading drilling, grinding, milling etc.Understand specifications of the task at hand and Inspect and Adjust working for desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.Record all measured dimension in inspection report.Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.Inspect parts during manufacturing and maintain consistent quality.Check the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly in compliance with quality requirements.Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.Make Fixtures and clamps when required.Write CNC Programme for VTL & Horizontal Lathe MachinePerform secondary ops (tap, deburr, etc.) Only jobs being on machines.Select appropriate tools for Machining jobs.Ensure 5S Implementation through Machine shop.Record and maintain Shift Log sheet.Ensure Measuring instruments calibration record in VTL/Horizontal machine.Prepare CNC programme in Macro format and canned cycles.Education & Experience QualificationsITI/NCTVT with 5 years / DME with 2 years' experience.Work experience in CNC Turning operating and programmingMust be proficient with Fanuc and siemens CNC programmingStrong knowledge of all measuring instruments and GD&TMust be able to communicate in English.Knowledge of Tooling preferred.Job RequirementsCNC Turning machine operatingMaterial Handling wherever requiredBehavioral CompetenciesWhile performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee must follow all required safety instructions as per company HSE policy.Regular punctual and Good behavior.About UsEvery day, the oil and gas industry's best minds put more than 150 years of experience to work to help our customers achieve lasting success.We Power the Industry that Powers the WorldThroughout every region in the world and across every area of drilling and production, our family of companies has provided the technical expertise, advanced equipment, and operational support necessary for success—now and in the future.Global FamilyWe are a global family of thousands of individuals, working as one team to create a lasting impact for ourselves, our customers, and the communities where we live and work.Purposeful InnovationThrough purposeful business innovation, product creation, and service delivery, we are driven to power the industry that powers the world better.Service Above AllThis drives us to anticipate our customers' needs and work with them to deliver the finest products and services on time and on budget.About The TeamCorporateOur family of companies is supported by our global Corporate teams, providing expert knowledge from functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, Compliance, Finance, QHSE, Marketing and Legal centers of expertise.
