About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Google Ads Expert with a proven track record of managing successful B2C performance marketing campaigns for US-based companies. This role requires someone who can independently strategize, execute, and optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max — all while delivering exceptional ROI.ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) for US-based B2C clientsDevelop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to US consumer behaviorIndependently manage campaign budgets ranging from $10K to $500K+ monthlyConduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting optimizationBuild and test multiple campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and creative variations to maximize performanceAnalyze campaign data to drive data-informed optimization decisionsImplement advanced testing methodologies including keyword testing, creative testing, and bidding strategy testingScale winning campaigns while maintaining or improving cost efficiencyStay ahead of Google Ads algorithm changes, policies, and new feature rolloutsProvide strategic recommendations, insights, and performance reports to clients and stakeholdersManage relationships with US clients, understanding their business goals and KPIsCollaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad copy, video concepts, and display assetsMonitor competitor activity and emerging trends within the US B2C spaceRequirements4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign managementMust have extensive experience managing B2C campaigns for US clientsProven expertise handling substantial budgets across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance MaxStrong portfolio demonstrating campaigns with clear ROI, CPA, and ROAS improvementsDeep understanding of Google Ads Manager, Audience Signals, Smart Bidding strategies, and measurement toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyExpertise in conversion tracking, GTM setup, pixel implementation, and analytics configurationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisionsKnowledge of US consumer behavior, time zones, seasonal trends, and purchase cyclesExperience with performance-driven funnels and direct response marketingExcellent communication skills for client-facing interactionsNice to HaveExperience working with e-commerce, DTC, or subscription-based B2C brandsFamiliarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid channelsKnowledge of attribution modeling and multi-touch attributionExperience with creative testing frameworksUnderstanding of tracking challenges (GA4 transition, privacy updates)Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, or HyrosExperience managing agencies or collaborating with remote US-based teamsGoogle Ads Certifications (Search, Shopping, Video, Display)Proven ability to scale B2C campaigns to 7-figure monthly budgetsConsistent track record of generating 3x+ ROAS across multiple accountsBenefitsCompetitive salary with performance bonusesFully remote work flexibilityWork with high-budget US B2C clientsCareer growth opportunitiesProfessional development budget
