Key Responsibilities:

Agile Practices: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure adherence to Agile principles across multiple teams.

Jira Management: Optimize and configure Jira for project tracking, reporting, and workflow management to enhance team productivity and transparency.

Mentorship: Mentor team members and stakeholders, helping to build an agile mindset within the organization.

Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles that impact team performance, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project status, risks, and milestones.

Performance Metrics Analysis: Utilize data-driven metrics to assess team performance, providing insights for continuous improvement initiatives.

Risk and Dependency Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies across teams, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience implementing them.

Expertise in Jira and associated tools (Confluence, Bitbucket) for project management and collaboration.

Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to drive teams productively

Familiarity with AI/ Data technologies or methodologies is a plus
