Job TitleInformation Technology SpecialistAbout the JobThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and take on the role of an IT Support Specialist. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing first-level and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/macOS operating systems, office applications, and network connectivity.Perform system upgrades, patches, and installations of software and hardware.Provide user support and training involving responding to help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner.Assist users with application usage access issues and general IT queries.Maintain strong customer service and communication with employees at all levels.Perform system and account administration tasks including creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise systems.Manage email configurations, group policies, and security permissions.Support onboarding and offboarding of employees including device setup and recovery.Conduct hardware and asset management activities such as setting up and configuring new devices, maintaining IT inventory records, and tracking equipment assignments.Coodinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and procurement.Support network and security operations including assisting with basic network troubleshooting, LAN/WAN/WI-FI/VPN, ensuring compliance with security policies, antivirus updates, and data protection standards.Required Skills and QualificationsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems, office applications, and network connectivity.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.We OfferWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
