We're Hiring: Expert for AI Model Evaluation – Internal IT/HR Operations (Utilities/Energy) We are looking for an experienced professional with deep expertise in internal IT or HR operations within large Utilities/Energy companies to help review and validate AI prompts used to train AI agents. This is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project for a major energy providerRole Overview:We need an AI evaluation expert to review and ensure that the AI models developed for an enterprise energy provider (e.g., Chevron, Shell, BP, Duke Energy) accurately reflect the IT helpdesk and HR service delivery workflows typical of large organizations.The role focuses on validating the real-world internal support operations, including:Ticket routingEmployee onboardingIT asset handlingHR case managementSLA-driven processesProject Goal:Your expertise will ensure that the AI agent's prompt is realistic, internally consistent, and aligns with logistics support workflows for internal IT/HR operations.
