Cineakash Productions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced VFX Generalist with the skills to create wide variety of spectacular Photorealistic VFX. The candidate must have experience working with multiple softwares, multiple aspects of VFX, shows attention to detail and can take both artistic and technical direction to achieve the most appropriate solution. A level of technical knowledge combined with strong creative and visual instincts is critical for this position. Candidate's portfolio must demonstrate high quality VFX with a wide variety of styles.
Responsibilities :-
1) Produce photorealistic, performant, real-time visual effects including explosions, fire, weapon fire, smoke, clouds, debris etc. and imagined substances using Unreal Engine / similar photorealistic results producing Platform and simulation/procedural tools such as Houdini.
2) Able to perform High End Compositing / Rotoscoping / Matte Painting / Matchmove / Cleanup & Object Removal etc.
3) Able to perform Character Modelling / Texturing / Rigging / Lighting / Animation in Photorealistic Manner.
4) Integrate original and shared VFX elements to a final pixel level of quality for delivery.
5) Consider lighting and other integration techniques to the overall scene design.
6) Provide department and production leads with responsible estimates for VFX tasks and identify any risks to the effort.
7) Ensure VFX assets are optimized for performance.
8) Finding and addressing bottlenecks in the VFX production pipeline, assessing tools needs and finding better workflows.
Requirements :-
1) Minimum 3 years of Experience.
2) Solid grasp of the principals of texturing, animation and lighting.
3) High understanding of real-time physics and fluid simulations.
4) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
5) Portfolio demonstrating wide variety of VFX in Photorealistic Style.
6) Excellent sense of scale and composition/framing.
7) Ability to adhere to a cohesive aesthetic as set forth by the Project Director.
8) Understanding of rendering techniques, real-time shaders and lighting.
9) Knowledge of environment asset creation and scene construction.
10) Expertise in industry-standard VFX softwares ( Houdini, 3ds Max, Maya etc ).
11) Understanding of performance optimization and technical limitations.
12) Ability to learn quickly in-house tools.
13) Works in an organized and timely fashion.
14) Good time management skills and efficient development processes.
15) Excellent oral and written communication skills.
16) Interest in new VFX technologies - real-time and offline rendering.
17) Proven experience creating realistic and compelling VFX for Live Action Feature Films.
18) Good understanding of PBR concepts and physics-based effects.
19) Proficiency with Blender & Unreal Engine.
20) Self-motivated and highly autonomous, able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
21) Strong artistic eye for volume, energy, weight, density and timing with attention to dynamic aesthetics.
The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
