Your Role Conduct investigations into FTE/FTC complaints and concerns, ensuring a thorough and objective process. Pulse check for FTCs & FTEs from ER/IR perspective Grievance Redressal of FTCs and FTEs Workplace Incidents and Accidents ER Trainings (COC, POSH etc) Improving staff welfare Conflict resolution and management Manage statutory compliance for FTEs, FTCs, DHs and MHs Disciplinary Actions What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and employment practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
