Job SummaryThe SAP S/4HANA R2R Functional Lead is responsible for driving and optimizing financial processes across SAP FI/CO.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have expertise in FI/CO (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets) and be able to lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA R2R solutions. They will work closely with finance teams to gather requirements and improve processes.This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor SAP analysts and support full-cycle implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Design, Configuration, Testing, and Deployment: The SAP S/4HANA R2R Functional Lead will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA R2R solutions. This includes ensuring integration with OTC, P2P, and other S/4 modules.Process Optimization: The ideal candidate will drive process optimization, testing, training, and change management. They will troubleshoot R2R issues and recommend system enhancements.Mentorship: The SAP S/4HANA R2R Functional Lead will mentor SAP analysts and support full-cycle implementations. They will provide guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.Collaboration: This role requires collaboration with finance teams to gather requirements and improve processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.RequirementsExpertise in FI/CO: The ideal candidate will have expertise in FI/CO (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets).Leadership Skills: The SAP S/4HANA R2R Functional Lead must have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide a team.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required for this role.
