Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge products.The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish a robust product engineering process, driving innovation and growth.Key Responsibilities:Partner with strategy, product, and business teams to create a product roadmap and drive execution.Serve as a thought leader and mentor on architecture, design, and technical aspects of products.Identify and deploy best-in-class tools, frameworks, techniques, and processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.Oversee product development, testing, deployment, and maintenance within agreed timeframes.Own non-functional requirements for products.Contribute to the selection and hiring of product engineering team members.Proficiency in Agile software development and management methods.Adept at leveraging off-the-shelf software components rather than building from scratch.Hands-on experience with multiple programming languages, including TypeScript/JavaScript.Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript based Back-end framework like Node.js and front-end framework like React, Vue, Angular or Svelte.Well-versed in service-oriented architecture and built and deployed RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
