DescriptionPosition at GroupM NexusJob Specixefxacx81cationTitle Discipline Location Director Product TrainingChoreograph Product Deployment OperationsLondon or NYC WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThe Director Product Training will be responsible for creating executing and ongoingdevelopment of training strategies across the assigned product portfolio They will ensureall hands-on users of the applications are well-equipped to utilize our products to their fullpotential leading to increased engagement and success The role will report to the VP Product Training and will work in partnership with subjectmatter experts in the assigned Product Engineering pillar in collaboration with otherEnablement functions such as Product Marketing and Support and with the regions todeliver a consistent and compelling training oxefxacx80ering across the product portfolio The Director will lead a team of Product Trainers who identify training needs and developtraining curricula and learning content for various audiences across the product portfolio WHAT WILL YOU DOxe2x97x8fImplement the Product Training vision and oversee the overall training roadmap foryour product portfolio to deliver exefxacx80ective comprehensive product training programsthat deliver measurable adoption and exefxacx80ective usage of our applications Ensure thatthe training programs are consistent across all regions achieving the overallobjectives delivering the same message and using the same materials Collaborate with Product team SMEs to ensure deep understanding of productfunctionality features and benexefxacx81ts Translate this knowledge into engaging trainingmaterial and programs that cater to dixefxacx80erent learning styles and that are scalableacross multiple products and user segments using a variety of delivery methods including e-learning courses self-help materials knowledge base content web-based tutorials and trainer-led workshops Identify areas of training needs and assess user challenges with adoption of ourapplications Develop and implement learning strategies to address these needs Monitor progress and suggest continuous improvements to our training oxefxacx80ering Measure the exefxacx80ectiveness of training programs and make data-informed decisions toimprove them continuously xe2x97x8fxe2x97x8fxe2x97x8fxe2x97x8fWork with the Enablement and Marketing teams on supporting materials andcommunication strategies to equip users with the knowledge and skills to leverageproduct capabilities exefxacx80ectively xe2x97x8fxe2x97x8fBuild lead and inspire a team of training specialists to achieve Choreograph Productand Engineering goals and objectives Ensure you and the team continuously learn about new product developments andupdates so that training programs and content is updated accordingly xe2x97x8fEvaluate design and execute innovative and engaging approaches to producttraining Understand trends identify potential opportunities and gaps leverageexternal best practices and develop learning initiatives that drive business results WHAT WILL YOU NEEDxe2x97x8fxe2x97x8fProven experience in a leading Product Training role Substantial experience with training needs assessment content design curriculumdevelopment and delivery and program coordination with a proven ability to drivetangible end user adoption xe2x97x8fxe2x97x8fxe2x97x8fxe2x97x8fxe2x97x8fxe2x97x8fSolid understanding of adult learning principles modern training techniques andtraining measurement frameworks Familiarity with product development lifecycles agile working structures projectmanagement Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability tocommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Proven success in developing a diverse team of talented individuals and ensuringthey work well across the organization Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilitiesand meet deadlines Ability to inxefxacx82uence and align cross-functional highly matrixed multi-geographicalteams
