Job Description:

As a Node.js and Python Developer, you will be an integral part of our development team, responsible for building high-performance, scalable web applications and back-end systems. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to bring innovative products to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Node.js and Python.
  • Implement APIs and integrate with front-end components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure high performance and availability of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Monitor and optimise application performance and security.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of proven experience in software development using Node.js and Python.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
  • Proficient in Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django) and Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express.js).
  • Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React.js.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
