We invite researchers and scientists to contribute to a research area most relevant to their field of expertise.Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive proposal for a special issue, highlighting its importance and detailing prospective contributors. They will also collaborate with possible co-editors to effectively organize the special issue and coordinate with authors, ensuring a smooth editorial process. Additionally, they will promote the special issue to enhance its visibility and impact.Main Responsibilities:Developing a comprehensive proposal for a special issueCollaborating with possible co-editorsInviting contributors from diverse regionsPromoting the special issueQualifications and Experience:To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Ph.D. in a related field and a valid Scopus ID. Prior experience in publishing guest-edited thematic issues in peer-reviewed journals is also essential. Furthermore, they must have a list of scholarly authors who can consent to contribute research / review articles in the thematic issue(s) proposed by the Topical Issue.Required Skills:Ph.D. in a related fieldValid Scopus IDPrior experience in publishing guest-edited thematic issuesStrong networks within the research communityExcellent communication and organizational skillsBenefits:As a Guest Editor, you will receive an honorarium to support thematic issue promotion and academic & research endeavors. You will also enjoy rapid publication of the special issue, with articles going online within 30 days of acceptance.
