This mix allows our staff to have arguably better learning and growth opportunities than our peers Positions: Presentation / Graphics Specialist (multiple openings) Axience is seeking talented professionals with 2–8 years of relevant experience to join our PowerPoint Presentation and Production team at our Mumbai office Openings available for: o Presentation Specialist o Senior Presentation Specialist (Team Lead) Location: Mumbai (India) (fully work from office) Key Requirements: o Strong presentation design skills, with proven experience supporting M&A teams of large global investment banks or teams in leading consulting firms o Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with additional qualifications/certifications in presentations, graphics, or production o Ability to deliver high-quality, visually compelling, and brand-compliant presentations under tight deadlines  Core Responsibilities Detailed responsibilities may include (but not limited to): Design and develop high-quality presentation templates from scratch, incorporating brand guidelines and visual best practices Translate handwritten, scanned, or PDF documents into polished, visually appealing slides using creativity and attention to detail Format raw presentations to align with standard client templates and brand requirements Independently manage projects end-to-end, including direct client interactions, with minimal supervision Apply a self-quality control process to ensure error-free deliverables Train, guide, and monitor the work of junior production and core delivery team members Support internal initiatives by creating marketing collaterals such as company presentations, sales pitches, brochures, flyers, and event invites Interact with clients and effectively manage and supervise teams to meet deadlines and quality standards Desired Academic and Professional Background Graduate or postgraduate with additional qualifications/certifications in presentations, graphics and production areas Prior experience of supporting M&A teams of large global / investment banks (or their captive / offshore centers), consulting firms, reputable corporates is a must for senior positions while it is desirable for junior level positions o Candidates who have supported similar clients in other KPOs would also be considered Proficiency in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop o Familiarity with other designing tools such as CorelDraw, InDesign, etc. as well as advanced Excel skills (macros, VBA, etc.) is desirable
