ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Presales Support Manager at Telcovas Solutions & Services in Noida, with flexibility for remote work. The Presales Support Manager will be responsible for sales support, solution architecture, project management, presales activities, and product management in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of roaming services and technologies, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication skills. They will have a proven track record in supporting sales teams by collaborating with sales, marketing, product management, and technical teams to develop and present compelling roaming solutions to potential clients.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Expertise:

·       Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in roaming products, including GSM, GPRS, LTE, VoLTE, 5G, and IoT.

·       Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the telecom sector, particularly in roaming services.

Presales Support:

·       Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and identify the best roaming solutions to meet those needs.

·       Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposals to potential clients.

·       Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) with detailed technical and business-oriented responses.

Solution Development:

·       Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop customized roaming solutions tailored to client requirements.

·       Design and propose innovative roaming strategies and solutions that provide a competitive edge to clients.

Client Engagement:

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.

·       Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure a clear understanding of the proposed solutions.

Market Analysis:

·       Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the roaming market.

·       Provide feedback to product management on market needs and trends to guide product development.


OTHER SKILLS:

·       Strong understanding of roaming technologies and protocols (GSM, GPRS, LTE, VoLTE, 5G, IoT).

·       Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·       Proficiency in using CRM and sales support tools
