Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions that meet the specific business challenges of our clients.The Technical Architect will focus on projects or functional areas within the broader enterprise ServiceNow framework, crafting technical solutions that meet immediate needs while fitting seamlessly into the organization's IT ecosystem.Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand objectives.End-to-End Architecture: Own the overall ServiceNow solution architecture for assigned projects or modules.Module Implementation: Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) to meet requirements.Integration & Data Management: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.Technical Leadership in Projects: Act as the technical lead for ServiceNow implementation teams.Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams and end-users to develop test plans for ServiceNow solutions.Deployment & Support Transition: Plan and coordinate go-live activities for new ServiceNow features or modules.Post-Implementation Optimization: Monitor solution performance and adoption after rollout.Standards & Best Practices Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow implementations.Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules and integrations.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
