Conversational AI EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Conversational AI Engineer with a strong background in building production-grade conversational AI agents. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of AI agent development-from prompt and model orchestration to low-latency, real-time voice and text interactions.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain conversational AI systems that leverage modern LLMs/SLMs, tool calling, and speech pipelines.Develop backend AI services using Python, including agent logic, orchestration, and integrations.Build and integrate frontend interfaces using Next.js for conversational experiences.Implement and manage TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) pipelines.You will work on designing, developing, and optimizing conversational systems that ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.Required Skills & Qualifications:We require a deep understanding of Python for AI and backend development. Experience with Next.js for frontend integration is also necessary. In addition, you should have hands-on experience with TTS / STT protocols and services, function calling and tool calling in LLM-based systems, multi-step agent workflows and state management, and deployment of AI systems in production environments.About the Role:This role offers a unique opportunity to design and develop conversational AI systems that drive business results.
