Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Oracle ERP and HCM Administrator to oversee the technical support for our Oracle clouds, external applications, and related systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless implementations, configuration, data integrity, system security, maintenance, enhancements, process improvements, and project management.The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a highly technical understanding of ERP/HCM applications. They will be expected to collaborate with the IT Enterprise team to perform research, provide technical analysis, and recommend solutions for improvement.The role involves creating processing and data reports, developing tailored security roles, and conducting data imports and exports. Additionally, the candidate will assist in evaluating, modifying, and customizing existing functionalities and new features, as well as performing quarterly system upgrade assessments.The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, excellent oral and written communication skills, and high professionalism with the ability to maintain confidential information.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.Five plus years' experience preferred within Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud.Strong analytical background.Experience with report writer tools; Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence experience preferred.Prior experience creating custom security roles and data conversion (imports/exports) within Oracle preferred.Minimum of two years' experience with ERP and HCM configuration.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.What We OfferThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced business environment where you can adapt quickly and address multiple tasks simultaneously.
