Role Context:

The Assistant Manager - BIM at Hitech Digital Solutions is a dynamic leadership role designed for professionals with a strong foundation in technical expertise and strategic business acumen. This role is pivotal in driving project excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth while fostering innovation and strategic advancements in BIM and engineering solutions.


Responsibilities:


Technical Expertise:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of architectural and structural disciplines, including point cloud conversion.
  • Deep understanding of building construction methodologies and industry practices.

Delivery Excellence:

  • Effective team and project management, ensuring seamless resource planning and timely delivery.
  • Commitment to achieving customer delight through exceptional engagement and quality assurance.

Business Development:

  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth through new sales, account management, and branding.
  • Strengthening client relationships and driving market expansion.

Leadership & Strategic Management:

  • Driving innovation and R&D in automation, digitalization, and high-value services.
  • Leading strategic initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and competitiveness.

Domain Expertise:

  • Proficiency in architectural and structural concepts, coupled with a thorough understanding of building construction methodologies.

Management & Collaboration:

  • Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and client management, with a global perspective on working with diverse clients.

  • Target-driven mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and influence stakeholders.


Experience & Qualification


  • Experience: 10+ years overall, with at least 8+ years of BIM-specific experience.
  • Educational Background: B.Tech/B.E/B.Arch in relevant fields.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Solibri.
  • Work Requirements: Work-from-office (WFO) with flexibility for onsite presence as required by projects.
