The Wide VIN Buck product line develops switching controllers for the >35V industrial, automotive and enterprise markets. The team in India is being expanded with a charter to own, drive and accelerate execution of product & technology road map in this Product line. The team will be set up with full product development ownership from definition till release to market.





We are looking for a lead validation engineer with at least 5+ yrs of industry experience in switching converter VLSI validation & test. This is a hands-on individual contributor technical leadership role. Prior experience in validation, silicon debug & release to market on a few products would be critical, as it will help the lead engineer hit the ground running.





Responsibilities include:-


Lead validation function for projects :- hands-on design of validation plan, validation hardware & software development , set-up automation, silicon debug & own the over all quality of silicon sigin-off for production release.

Collaborate with Design & DV team pre & post tape out for DFT, validation plan & spec closure.

Collaborate with Test team, to achieve right correlation on test results, FT coverage & best quality and lowest cost of build.

Collaborate with Product engineering team to execute all IC qualification requirements and release to production.

Work with Program managers to maintain the project at cost and schedule commits.
