AI Linguistic Quality Specialist

Job Description:As a skilled Content Evaluator, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing AI-generated responses in various Indian languages. This role involves identifying toxic or harmful content, understanding linguistic nuances, and ensuring high-quality model performance across multiple datasets.Evaluate AI-generated outputs in Indic languages (both native script and transliterated formats).Identify and flag harmful, toxic, or hate-based content, including subtle context-dependent cases.Compare and score AI model responses according to project-defined guidelines.Categorize toxicity types such as harassment, hate speech, harmful intent, or abusive expressions.Provide short explanations for flagged items when required.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards throughout the evaluation process.We are looking for individuals with strong language skills, cultural awareness, and an eye for detail who can work effectively in a freelance/flexible hours environment.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in English and at least one Indian language.Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation, linguistic evaluation, content writing, data annotation, or a related field.Strong understanding of cultural nuances, dialects, slang, and sensitive expressions.Ability to detect toxicity in both native scripts and transliterated text (e.g., Hinglish, Tamlish).Strong analytical and evaluation skills with high attention to detail.Prior experience in moderation, LQA, annotation, or quality evaluation is preferred.Benefits:Remote work opportunityFlexible hoursThis is a fantastic opportunity for those who want to utilize their language skills and cultural knowledge to make a difference in the world.
