AI Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking an AI Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring the highest level of quality in AI-driven applications.This specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test cases using Python and Pytest for AI-driven applications.Automated Testing: Design and develop automated test cases using Python and Pytest to validate AI-powered systems.Validation: Validate LLM integrations, APIs, and multi-agent workflows through functional, regression, and smoke testing.Testing Strategies: Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to improve evaluation pipelines and testing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Implement response quality scoring using LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation patterns.Use LLM observability and tracing tools such as LangFuse or LangSmith to monitor and validate model behavior.Test conversational AI applications including chatbots and virtual assistants across use cases.Requirements:Hands-on experience in testing AI-powered systems, particularly LLM-driven applications.Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks such as Pytest.Excellent written communication skills in an async-first setup.Benefits:Autonomy in testing strategies and approach.Opportunity to learn and contribute to advanced AI evaluation methodologies.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
