This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong site supervision skills and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience with site supervision and a solid understanding of construction processes. (Mandatory skill)Proficiency in using Construction Management Software to enhance site productivity and streamline operations.Expertise in Blueprint Reading for accurate project execution and adherence to design specifications.Strong Project Scheduling skills to effectively plan timelines and allocate resources efficiently.In-depth knowledge of Safety Compliance Regulations to ensure a secure and legally compliant work environment.Demonstrated ability in Budget Management to maintain financial constraints without compromising on quality.Familiarity with Quality Control Methods for achieving high standards in construction deliverables.Excellent Leadership and Team Management abilities to mentor and guide team members towards project goals.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate construction activities at the site, ensuring all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to discuss project specifications and progress.Review and interpret plans, blueprints, and construction drawings to provide clear instructions to team members.Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and setbacks are minimized.Conduct quality inspections to ensure that work meets specified standards and regulatory requirements.Lead, motivate, and supervise site staff, fostering a positive and productive work culture.Prepare and present daily progress reports to management and actively participate in project review meetings.
