Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Manager to join our team.About the RoleThe Sustainability Manager will be responsible for implementing energy saving initiatives, creating preventive maintenance plans and ensuring execution at store level, maintaining equipment upkeep, improving MTBR and MTBF of equipment's, managing HK, Security and Maintenance manpower at stores, creating a safe and secure environment at stores, tracking and coordinating for business licenses, and ensuring footfall counting system and biometric system is working properly in stores.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement energy saving initiatives across all stores.Create preventive maintenance plans and ensure their timely execution at the store level.Maintain the upkeep of the equipment in assigned stores.Improve the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) of the equipment.Conduct regular safety audits at stores to ensure a secure working environment.Evaluate and maintain the effectiveness of firefighting and fire protection systems in stores.Ensure deep cleaning of stores on a regular basis.Manage the human resources and labor requirements for HK, Security, and Maintenance at stores.Develop and maintain a safe and secure environment for internal and external customers at stores.Track and coordinate the procurement and renewal of necessary business licenses.Verify the proper functioning of footfall counting systems and biometric systems in stores.Conduct monthly audits at stores to identify areas for improvement.QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/ITI with a Supervisor license in Electrical or Mechanical stream. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
