Job Title: Backend Software EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our team.Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Node.js, as well as contributing to high-performance systems.Responsibilities:Design and implement robust backend services using Node.jsDevelop RESTful APIs and integrate external servicesWork with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQLWrite clean, efficient, and reusable codeCollaborate with DevOps, Frontend, and Product teamsParticipate in architecture discussions and lead technical decisionsEnsure code quality through reviews and best practicesRequirements:3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.jsStrong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience with Express.js / Nest.jsGood knowledge of asynchronous programming, event loops, and design patternsExperience with microservices architecture is a plusFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is preferredStrong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skillsGood to Have:Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS)Understanding of caching (Redis, Memcached)
