You will take on the role of a technical leader, guiding end-to-end development and ensuring that software solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop robust, efficient, and reliable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.Collaborate with architects and engineers to create scalable distributed systems that integrate smoothly with frontend components.Ensure high-quality code that follows best practices, including TDD, design patterns, SOLID principles, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).Work closely with QA and SRE teams to guarantee high availability, performance, and reliability across environments.Mentorship & Technical LeadershipMentor junior and mid-level engineers in software development, design, and testing principles.Promote engineering best practices, including peer reviews, static code analysis, and code quality standards.Contribute to defining and improving coding guidelines, development workflows, and engineering processes.Innovation & ToolingExplore new tools and technologies to optimize development, debugging, and testing workflows, such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted engineering tools.Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance team productivity and software quality.Required Skills & Qualifications6-8 years of hands-on software development experience.Strong backend development expertise with Java / Spring Boot and working knowledge of frontend technologies (React/Angular is a plus).Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent skills in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and system design fundamentals.Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS, etc.).Ability to debug, perform tuning, and troubleshoot distributed systems.Experience with Kubernetes/Docker, Git, and Agile methodologies.
