Looking for Head - Marketing Automation & Retention Marketing who will own marketing technology stack and work closely with marketing, sales, product and data teams to plan and deliver ideas that drive customer acquisition, solution adoption and customer retention. With a strong understanding of best practices of marketing automation tools and communication channels, you will help improve conversions at every stage of customer funnel via lead nurturing after finding gaps on analysing data.


Job Responsibilities


We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead with our digital growth marketing strategies. Your main duties include running experiments across the digital funnel after lead generation from lead qualification (Pre-sales) to improving experience center visits leading to improved booking rate.


If you’re interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. As a growth marketing manager, your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase revenue.


Lead Qualification Strategy

○ Set the short and long-term vision for Lead qualification stage of funnel (Lead generation to Qualification), to improve efficiency and conversion leading to increase in bookings

○ Developing a execution roadmap on various levers such as pre-sales productivity, automation, customer satisfaction etc leading to delivery of vision

Experience Center Visit Strategy

○ Set the short and long-term vision for Experience Center Visit stage of funnel (Lead generation to Qualification), to improve Qualified lead to Customer Footfalls across our experience centers in India leading to increase in Bookings.

○ Developing a execution roadmap on various levers such as pre-sales productivity, automation, customer satisfaction etc leading to delivery of vision

Data Analysis

○ Analyze, Measure, Report data across various digital touchpoints to monitor revenue performance & bookings and uncover area of improvement at various stages of funnel

○ Set up the technical foundations and metric tracking for various stages of customer journey for in funnel customers

Collaboration

○ Work cross-functionally with our Growth & Marketing, Sales, Customer Service teams to successfully launch campaigns that impact the wider Revenue

Experimentation

○ Develop a data-driven experiment approach to prioritize, test, and evaluate conversions at different stages of customer journey ○ Create frameworks and processes for end-to-end experiment execution and scale-up in case of experiment success

Customer Focus

○ Connect directly or conduct surveys through various tools with customers to receive their feedback on user experience, which helps influence new marketing strategies going forward

○ Improve customer experiences by improving business process which ultimately lead to greater customer satisfaction & build awareness company leading to improvement in conversion


External Skills And Expertise


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing & Revenue Generation
  • Expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high growth environment.
  • Strategic mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects
