Data Quality Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on leader to drive data quality engineering across large-scale software platforms. This person will lead a team of quality engineers and SDETs to implement robust data validation, performance testing, and automation frameworks. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to establish and maintain quality standards, improve processes, and ensure data integrity, while also fostering an innovative environment for the team in a fast-paced Agile environment. Must Haves:Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent7-10+ Years of proven data quality engineering experience with hands-on development of automated data validation tests from an architecture perspective2+ Years of engineering management experience with direct reports in an Agile environmentExperience with various data management tools and platforms, including MDM Solutions, Data Warehousing, ETL Processes, and Database TechnologiesExperience with building and deploying BI Validation Reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Sata Insight ensuring the quality and accuracy of reports and dashboardsStrong understanding of SOX Compliance and Regulatory standards with proven experience producing and presenting evidence to auditors Soft SkillsLeading test teams successfully in an agile environmentAbility to work with global teamsStrong time management skills delivering on quality goals for complex project in an Agile development environmentTrack record of successfully recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining top technical talent.
