Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Ops Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services—preferably in the loan or education financing sector —and a strong ability to build relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets Identify, engage, and convert potential leads into active clients Conduct product presentations and consultations with prospective customers Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of client applications Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Credit, and Customer Support) to deliver seamless client experiences Keep updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings Key Requirements: Freshers or 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in loan products or financial services Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Experience in the education loan segment is highly desirable Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications What We Offer: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives Growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling organization Health insurance and other employee benefits A vibrant, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
