Job Title:We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain our ServiceNow platform.Job Description CMDB (Configuration Management Database): Responsible for maintaining data accuracy and CI relationship integrity. Domain Separation: Managing multi-tenant environments, domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update set handling, and troubleshooting domain conflicts. Platform Administration & Configuration: Perform day-to-day administration, including managing the technical configuration of the platform, building forms, and creating reports and dashboards. User Management & Security: Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security. Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance and error identification/remediation, and manage the planning and execution of platform upgrades and patches. Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a primary support resource for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to the platform. Workflow & Automation: Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement minor enhancements, such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows/workflows. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical and user documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures, and assist with training end-users and other staff. Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to align the platform with organizational goals and contribute to continual service improvement initiatives within ITIL processes.Required Skills and Qualifications Strong proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, HRSD, SecOps a plus). Must have Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Domain Separation skills. Solid understanding of IT operations concepts, relational databases, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
