Job OpportunityThe ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 modules to meet the needs of various departments. This includes designing, configuring and optimizing Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service components.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.Develop and implement plugins, workflows, actions, business rules and form customizations to streamline operations and improve user experience.Develop CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript and Web Resources to expand platform capabilities.Build model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards and SLA/KPI configurations to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps and API integration to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.Power Platform Development:Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and Custom Pages using Dataverse to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.Develop enterprise-grade Power Automate flows to automate complex processes and reduce manual intervention.Implement Power Platform governance, solution-layered development and ALM pipelines to ensure scalability, maintainability and security.Optimize Dataverse tables, relationships and column-level security for performance and stability to ensure optimal system utilization.Technical Architecture & Design:Collaborate with Architects and Leads to design and implement technical architecture that aligns with business goals and objectives.Develop high-level and low-level design documents, data models and integration mappings to ensure clarity and consistency.Ensure adherence to best practices, Microsoft recommended patterns and security compliance standards to protect against vulnerabilities and risks.
