Dynamics 365 CE Technical Specialist PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE technical specialist to join our team.Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) to meet the needs of our clients.Implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations to enhance user experience and streamline processes.Develop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources to provide innovative solutions.Build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations to improve client engagement and satisfaction.Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middleware to create seamless interactions.Power Platform Development:Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Custom Pages using Dataverse to provide interactive experiences.Develop enterprise-grade Power Automate flows (cloud flows, business process flows) to automate complex tasks and reduce manual errors.Implement Power Platform governance, solution-layered development, ALM pipelines, and environment strategy to ensure scalability and reliability.Optimize Dataverse tables, relationships, and column-level security for performance and stability to support growing businesses.Technical Architecture & Design:Collaborate with Architects and Leads to develop high-level and low-level design documents, data models, and integration mappings that align with business objectives.Ensure adherence to best practices, Microsoft recommended patterns, and security & compliance standards to maintain data integrity and protect against threats.Required Skills & Qualifications:Core Technical Expertise:5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM to understand its complexities and nuances.Strong development experience with: C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, PCF Controls, and hands-on experience with Dataverse schema design & security.Strong understanding of Solution Architecture, solution layering, and managed vs unmanaged solutions to guide implementation decisions.Power Platform Skills:Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)Power Automate (Cloud & BPF)Power Platform ALM/PipelinesIntegration & Azure Skills:Experience integrating D365 with Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks & Azure Functions, and familiarity with Azure AD, OAuth2, and application registrations.Professional Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges.Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and adapt to changing priorities.Strong communication and stakeholder-interaction skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Capable of working independently or as part of a distributed multi-vendor team to achieve shared goals.Passion for learning new technologies and staying aligned with Microsoft's product roadmap to drive innovation.
