Senior Finance Manager RoleAs a seasoned Senior Finance Manager, you will spearhead the integration of strategic planning with robust financial management to drive business growth and performance.About the Role:Oversee Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, Management Information Systems (MIS), working capital analysis, and periodic financial reporting;Enhance financial processes and systems to ensure data accuracy, insightful analysis, and timely reporting;Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure robust budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting discipline across the organization.Drive New Business/Investment Analysis:Prepare comprehensive financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives;Analyze market trends, provide actionable recommendations for business expansion.Support Fund Raising & Due Diligence:Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial models, investor decks, and due diligence material;Liaise with investors, bankers, and financial institutions to facilitate funding requirements.Key Skills and Traits:Entrepreneurial mindset to drive business outcomes;Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights;Motivated to contribute to an organization's growth journey.
