Job OverviewWe are creating a cutting-edge, AI-driven options trading system focused on SPX and ES 0DTE & 1DTE.The system integrates advanced technical analysis (TA), multi-LLM council architecture, real-time commercial-grade data, cross-asset awareness, and automated execution via TastyTrade APIs.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:Design a multi-LLM 'council' where one LLM proposes strategies, entries, exits, and risk parameters, and one or more LLMs critique and challenge those strategies before execution.Incorporate technical analysis, sentiment, volatility, macro events, and cross-asset flows into the system.Implement multiple staggered entries and exits to improve average prices.Analyze ES from 6 PM EST through 9:30 AM EST, trade ES in that window, then exit or convert ES positions into SPX after ~10:00 AM EST once opening volatility settles.Monitor cross-asset markets that drive SPX/ES: oil, copper, gold, silver, US Dollar (DXY/FX), and detect confirmation/divergence patterns between these assets and ES/SPX.Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Haves:Strong, practical Technical Analysis skills.4+ years in quantitative/algo trading or systematic options/futures development.Strong programming in Python (or similar).Hands-on experience with automated trading systems using real-time data.Solid understanding of options greeks, IV, skew, and term structure.Risk management and drawdown control.BenefitsOur next-generation AI-driven options trading system offers a unique opportunity to design and implement a cutting-edge solution for a leading organization.What We're Looking ForWe seek a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Quant.
