Senior Engineer – Azure Subject Matter Expert

Are you passionate about building secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure? We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Azure Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our growing team and take ownership of our end-to-end Azure infrastructure.
Role Description
As our Azure Subject Matter Expert, you’ll:
- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure PaaS & IaaS services including AKS, APIM, Azure Database for MySQL, Azure Cache for Redis, Azure Blob Storage, and Key Vault.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Secure and manage container artifacts in Azure Container Registry.
- Architect secure and scalable networks with VNets, NSGs, Front Door / Application Gateway with WAF, and DDoS Protection.
- Implement monitoring & observability with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Ensure infrastructure is resilient, cost-optimized, and aligned with DevOps and cloud security best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services (PaaS + IaaS).
- Strong expertise in networking, cloud security, and DevOps practices.
- Proven track record in AKS, CI/CD, Git, ACR, APIM, and WAF solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure Database Migration Service (a plus).
- Azure Cloud certification (preferred).
- A problem-solver with strong communication and collaboration skills.
